Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for items bought online from Mr Knife Guy Ltd trading as Mr Knife Guy. This page sits alongside our Terms of Sale. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale apply.
Refunds and cancellations
If you buy knives or scissors online and change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and returned with original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used items unless they are faulty.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked service with age verification when returning bladed items. Please keep proof of postage. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are for the price paid for the item, including any discounts applied.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, we may offer a reduced refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what would be expected in a shop.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We will cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges as a goodwill gesture for new and unused items. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
