These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through this website. They form a legally binding contract between you and Mr Knife Guy Ltd trading as Mr Knife Guy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Eligibility and age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are aged 18 or over
You are legally permitted to purchase bladed items

We use age-verification OneID at checkout. Orders are also subject to age checks on delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification fails. We comply with UK legislation relating to the sale of bladed items and take reasonable steps to prevent sales to persons under 18.

Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration only. Colour, finish, or packaging may vary slightly. All knives and scissors are sharp tools intended for responsible adult use only. You must use, store, and handle products safely and keep them out of reach of children.

Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We offer free delivery on all orders. Knives and scissors are delivered using Royal Mail’s Age Verification Service. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If this affects your order, you will be contacted and given the option to proceed or cancel.

Ordering and contract formation
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch of the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where:
Payment is declined
Age verification fails
A product is unavailable
We suspect misuse or fraud

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not dispatched until payment is cleared.

Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the UK unless stated otherwise. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided. You must ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive age-restricted items where required. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or absence, additional charges may apply.

Consumer right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation. To cancel, you must notify us by email at info@mrknifeguy.co.uk. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Returns and refunds
Returned items must be:
Unused
In original condition
Safely and securely packaged

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law. We may refuse refunds for items returned damaged due to poor packaging.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. For faulty goods, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. 

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

We are not responsible for injury caused by misuse or unsafe handling.

Using products only for their intended purpose

We are not responsible for injury caused by misuse or unsafe handling. For safety reasons, returned bladed items must be securely packaged to prevent injury during transit.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us at info@mrknifeguy.co.uk. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and resolve issues fairly. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution provider.

Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
