Description
The Hasaki Olive Damascus 7.5″ Cleaver Knife is designed to feel controlled rather than aggressive. The wide blade gives you confidence on the board, helping guide straight, deliberate cuts through vegetables and meat. Its flat profile makes it easy to scoop and move chopped ingredients between board and pan.
Please note: This cleaver-style knife is intended for vegetable preparation and cutting boneless meat. It is not a traditional meat cleaver and shouldn’t be used for chopping through bone or hard joints.
The Damascus steel blade delivers clean cutting performance and holds its edge well with regular use. Full tang construction keeps the knife balanced and predictable, while the olive wood handle adds warmth and comfort in hand.
