Description
The Hasaki Onyx Damascus 7.5″ Cleaver Knife is built for power and control. The tall, wide blade makes light work of chopping vegetables, portioning meat and crushing garlic, while the added weight helps the knife do the work for you.
Please note: This cleaver-style knife is designed for vegetable prep and boneless meat. It’s not a traditional ‘meat cleaver’ and isn’t suitable for chopping through bone or hard joints.
The Damascus steel blade delivers clean, confident cuts and holds its edge well under regular use. Full tang construction provides a solid, balanced feel, and the onyx-black handle offers a secure grip during demanding prep. Like all the knives we sell, each blade is professionally honed and fine-tuned before dispatch so it arrives ready to use.
